Insurance Coverage
Before making an appointment, you should first call your insurance provider to check your Chiropractic benefits so you know if you have a deductible or a copay.
Some insurance companies only pay a certain percentage, leaving you responsible for the rest. So it is very important that you know what your insurance will cover, so you don't get a suprise bill!
If you are covered by Health Alliance, you must first get a referral to our office before you can be seen.
If you have SIU Student Health Insurance, you must first get a referral from the Student Health Center. You can also use this insurance as a secondary insurance if you are also covered on another plan as well.

Have you been injured in an accident?
If you have been involved in an auto accident or injured on the job, we will work with you to get the care and treatment you need.
So that payment on your services is not delayed, we bill the patient's med-pay insurance and the liable party. If the case settles in your favor, the responsible party will reimburse your insurance company for any bills paid out. This is the law and your insurance rates cannot be affected either way.

Medicare Patients
Medicare Part B pays only for a chiropractor's "manual manipulation of the spine". Medicare patients have an annual deductible of $124. We can bill your secondary insurance carrier for the amounts Medicare does not cover.
